Flowers ordered from this company arrived later than paid for expedited service. The delivered items were the incorrect order and were in appalling condition.

I contacted the company who told me they would send an immediate upgraded, replacement order. The flowers that arrived were in worse condition than the first batch and were in no way an upgrade.

Many emails have been sent and many phone calls have been made. This company has no customer service and cannot be relied on to deliver the goods they promise.

I do not recommend this company to others.
