Around September 5, 2014 I spoke with John Parker and made arrangements for a loan in the amont of $7,000.  All the paperwork was together and he advised that I needed to obtain a Vanilla reload card for $425 for processing as our credit was bad.  I purchased same.  After a day, he advised that he could not put the money in our back and had to secure a Western Union money gram and needed another $425 to do this, I obtained another $425.00.  He then advised that ther was a problem with this and we needed another $220.00 and this had to be done on a green dot as the Vanilla cards were having problems with them.  I then got a green dot and he said there was a problem with this card and wanted another $220 and I stoped then.  He never got another penny from me.
