I thought I was doing the more honorable option of hiring a Debt Negotiation Firm instead of filing bankruptcy. U.S. Credit Management took me for over $8,000 and only settleing 3 of 7 accounts. Of the remaining accounts, 3 have filed suits against me saying that they would not negotiate with USCM. USCM told me that they were well respected in the field and "ALL" creditors delt with them. USCM refused to refund the $8,000 they have taken, and confirm the fact that the remaining creditors will not do business with me.
The sad part about all this is the fact that the Texas State Attorney Generals office is aware of this situation and they do nothing about it.
This is the act of crimminas who take advantage of people when they are down, under the disguise of being a helpful solution. These people need to be shot. Prison is too good for these filth.

These sleazy con artists sent me a check for $2,600. They KEPT $5,000 for their troubles.
I'm in worse shape now than I was when I started with them. 3 creditors are suing me, they said this wouldn't happen.
People like Reilly, Flores, Russo, and Craig are the scum of the earth.
I have more respect for that teenager frying burgers at McDonalds. At least it's a job with honor and integrity.
Greg Abbott, the "so called" Attorney Generral here in Texas, will do nothing, he allows this to operate. d**n shame for the great state of Texas.
