US Credit Management US Credit Management ruined my credit & my future Irving Texas

I enrolled in Us Credit Management in August of 2004. Hopefull to get out of credit card debt. I did not recieve my membership booklet only March 2005. During this period I was told not to answer my phone calls. And not one of my creditors were ever contacted by US Credit Management or settlements.

In March of 2005 I tried everything to get in touch with the company but the mailbox was always full and all my emails & faxes were not being taken serious.

I faxed a cancelation letter on March 28th requesting a full refund. Out of the $2881 I paid in I only recieved a refund of $1035 on May 2005.

To this day they still do not answer the phones or return calls.
