US Fidelis A Total Rip Off!!! Wentzville Missouri

I purchased a warranty package from US Fidelis in October 2009, because my warranty ended on my vehicle. So I finally decide to purchase a new car in February 2010 and trade my old car in, so there's no need to keep this warranty. I called US Fidelis and after being bounced from one department to the next for over an hour just to canel my policy I explained to the customer service rep that I know longer have the vehicle and need to stop the service. Upon purchasing the warranty I did ask all questions such as; if you no longer need the warranty do you get a refund or if you never use the warranty do you get a refund and the answer to those questions were YES! So the customer rep told me to fax in my paperwork from the dealership that now has my vehicle. I faxed everything they asked me to them.

Weeks had gone bye and still no refund that I was told I would receive. So I called to check the status of my refund only to be informed by the CSR that they don't have my paperwork. Now the customer rep that I faxed my paperwork to called and confirmed that she received everything and she would begin processing my refund immediately.

Not only did I fax my paperwork to another rep AGAIN, but the debited my bank account for another month after canceling. This is the killing part. They sent me a cancellation notice a month later for non-payment and said that my policy was canceled.

Today is September 8,2010 and I still have yet to receive a refund. I tried calling them again only to have the rep say we dont even have you in our system and hang up in my face.

I hope US Fidelis gets sued for every penny the ever made. People, don't be fooled by companies such as US Fidelis. Everyone else on this page who made comments saying that this company isn't a rip off, you must be one of them. And you wonder why they filed bankruptcy in March???? I just hope to get my money back soon......
