If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. The agent that contacted me, Crystal Watkins, mother of 5, was super friendly and helpful when I opened up and shared how desperate my family and I were in needing healthcare coverage. Well she deserves an Oscar then bevause she sure did fool us. Now, $1500.00 later, my husband, my 5 year old son, my 2 year old daughter and myself are SOL. The supposed plan she "sold us on” (aka SCAMMED US ON) has gotten us NOTHING related to healthcare coverage. Our prescriptions STILL cost an arm and a leg, we’re onlu allotted one sick visit and one well visit and supposedly there’s no deductible, no copay. I call BS! I can’t even get her to contact me back. DONT WASTE YOUR ALREADY WORN THIN MONEY.
