They appear to be a government website but are NOT. After I realized that this site is not the government official website. I call them right away. Told them that I do not wish to use their service after they made a $189.00 on my card. The N-400 that they provided appear to be FREE on the government website. Please beware of this site. www.us-immigration.com STAY AWAY FROM THEM

American Immigration Center

We apologize
for the inconvenience encountered while accessing our website. We provide a
service to help prepare immigration forms.
We are not the USCIS and we do provide information about what services
and products our website provides and where to get the forms at no cost if our
services are not needed on our home page.
Our online
service simplifies the forms and walks customers through the applications by
asking individual questions and making sure all answers coincide and are up to
government standards. Once completing the service, the system will provide a
completed form with simple customized instructions detailing which documents to
send and how to properly mail everything to the USCIS.
Before
beginning the service, we provide information about the services being
purchased (explaining the use of our online navigation system) and giving you
the option to begin the application with our website. By clicking on the option
to start the application, it then allows you to take the qualification quiz,
before taking you to the payment page to begin the service.
If our
services were not at all useful, we do allow for the cancellation of services
and refunds when appropriate. We provide our contact information on almost
every page of our website. We are available via phone Monday thru Friday from
9am to 8pm EST. Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance.

Most of people, who landed on www.us-immigration.com. Is not for from knowing the web address. How I landed on this website is through a engine search from google. Which does not take you to the home page at all. It take you to N-400 form page which does not describe their service. The page contain information about US Citizenship online Application (Form N-400) with "Click below to start your Citizenship application" "Start your Application" button. Leading you to think that you can processing this application online.
Most people who are eager to complete application process, click on the button without thinking twice. After clicking on that button, it take you to another page even then it still does not describe the service. This page contain two boxs one is qualification quiz, the other is Start the application right away. Either tab you click on, it still does not tell you the what you are being charge for.
Well to make long story short. I think if someone wanted to operate a legitimate business. They should make it clear to the customers what is being charge for. Perhaps not just on the home page. Wouldn't it be a better idea to let the customers know, before you take them to the payment page. I mean, for example: When I want to delete a file on my computer. I pick a file that i want to delete, click on delete. Even my computer ask me "are you sure you want to delete this file?" So if the site intention are good maybe update the site with a little pop-up box "Are you sure you want the process this payment for the service of (describe your service)" Make it clear so there won't be any more complaints against your site. Consider you have so many complaints about the same situation. Yes, I admit it was stupid of me to go ahead with the payment process, before browsing through the whole site and for not doing my research. But I guess that's the nature of their business is to target the 1st timer people. The only questions I have is how does these people sleep at night knowing so many people are unhappy with them. Well for sure I've learned from my mistake. Next time, I'll think twice before entering my card info.
I hope this help find everyone who are seeking to get their citizenship before they actually click on that www.us-immigration.com link.

applications, providing fully-completed forms and customized filing instructions. Of course, you always have the no-cost option of downloading the blank forms for free from the USCIS website and then navigating through the pages and pages of instructions to hopefully complete your application without making any errors or omissions which could cost you additional time and/or government application fees. We offer a low-cost alternative to make the process less complicated and overwhelming.
Seems pretty descriptive.
