US Mortgage Funding Inc. Fraud by Deception Boca Raton, Florida

US MORTGAGE FUNDING. First they called me and promised to have my mortgage loan modified in as little as 2 months, and reduced by $1600.00/month. They got my attention, so I checked them out on the BBB, and they checked out. Next they request a payment of $2000.00, refundable if I am not approved. This is a win win situation I said, so I send the $2000.00. For the next six months I get a few phone calls from my rep. Mr. Elvin telling me their attorneys are working very hard on my case, I decided to call my mortgage company to see how hard they are working. Well Well, I been declined. I called Mr. Elvin and requested a full refund, and he informed me that he was not allowed to order the refund and informed me that all refunds are handled by Kim, I called Kim 14 times and left 14 messages during the next 5 months, and no return call from Kim. I would call Mr. Elvin now and then, and he would tell me that it was out of his hands, but he would relay the message. Finally I called Mr. Elvin  and told him that I would be placing a phone call to the Attorney General's office, if he would like to put me intouch with someone that had the authority to refund my money, before I report them for FRAUD. Mr. Elvin's response to that was "you could call the President for all I care, US Mortgage pays me to sit here and steal from thousands of people like you"..

Well, need I say anymore! During times likes this, do we really need a company like US MORTGAGE FUNDING.
