US Mortgage Funding Inc. Got ripped off, no refund as promised. goodbye $2,100, thankyou very much. Boca Raton, Florida

The more I inquire about my refund that I was given both verbal and written assurance that I would receive I continue to have less and less communication with anybody within the company to the point now that I call every day and email every day and no body ever responds.  This is money that I am entitled to, I don't know if this is a legitimate company but from the looks of other posts it appears that their integrity and legitimacy is at best questionable if not just a complete scam.  

I was reading other posts where there were rebuttals and comments by USMF employees including David Mahler, the President of the company, who assured that all refunds are provided within 72 hours.  Well, it has been over 3 months and I cant even get somebody on the phone.  If this is a legitimate company with poor customer service than somebody in the company, please rebut my post and I would be glad to speak with you on the phone or email.  I am on the brink of calling the Florida Attorney general and if my issue if not resolved soon I will.  I will also gladly join the inevitable class action case that will be levied against this company if they are in fact taking peoples money and not refunding as promised.  I am sure if there are this many people affected by this company there are many many more who are not speaking out.

Please, somebody from this company, impress me, resolve my problem because no body that I have dealt with thus far in the company seems legitimate or they simply just ignore customers that rightfully have money owed to them.
