US Passport Now Disguised as an official government entity this company charges you for non-required services. Internet

My husband went to this website thinking it was an official US State Department website because it looked "official".  He wanted to get one of the new "passport cards".  He went through the questionnaire and put in his credit card info.  He did not need expiditing - he simply wanted a card.  He did not understand this site is for someone who wants an expidited service.  When he realized it, it was too late.  I'm admitting he did enter the info but failed to realize that they were charging him a $50 fee for this processing plus $30 for submitting what he could have submitted himself.  When we realized what had happened, we called immediately - within 10 minutes - to cancel.  They still charged a $50 fee.  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE  The prices are way over the top and they are rude when you do call and unfriendly.  If you have a problem they will not try to work with you to resolve it.  They don't care about providing service, just about getting your money.  Go to the US State Department Website to get your passport and passport card - no need to pay a rip-off company for doing what you can do yourself.  They took 3 weeks to process a refund (the charge, however, was processed in 3 seconds).  There is no way to get back the $50 fee regardless of when you cancel.  Beware of this company and avoid it at all costs.
