US Passport Now This company is a SCAM! After 9 weeks, $500 still no passport for my son's Make A Wish Foundation trip, I will now not be able to attend. Thank you US PASSPORTS for your UNAMERICAN, IMMORLE company! Internet

My son was diagnosed with a terminal brain stem tumor in Sept of 2009.  After 8 months of treatment the Make A Wish Fountation approached our family about granting Christian (my son) a wish of his choice.  Christian had gone snorkeling with my parents in Flordia in the summer of 2009 and decided he wanted to do that in the Bahamas.  We were then told that we all needed to get passports to leave the country and would have to have those prior to setting the trip dates.  I work out of town a lot and when I got the phone call from Christian's mother that I needed to get a passport quickly I got on line and searched out passport info.  US Passport Now came up and the website made me believe I could use thier service to expedite my passport for my upcomming trip. I submitted my information and paid $130.  After 2 weeks and no response I contacted the company about my passport, I was notified that the appropriate paper work had not yet been received from me.  After checking records the original paper work was not sent so new paper work was emailed to me. I filled out the paper work and was then told to go to an "Authorized Agent" to be sworn in.  At this time I was required to pay ANOTHER fee of $165.  In which I paid due to the time restriction I was quickly approaching.  I was then required to Over Night Ship via FedEx to there office, another $20+ fee.  I was then notified by US Passport Now that the $165 money order from the "AA" office was incorrect and my passport would be denied and the entire process would have to be started from scratch.  Seeing that my ex-wife, her husband and son who had applied for their passport via local post office had received theirs for $135 and less than 3 weeks, I was the last one everyone was waiting for I was even in more haste then prior.  The rep at US Passport Now told me for $130 and $35 processing fee they could make the proper money order for me to be sent to the passport office.  I obviously agreed with extreme irritation about the whole situation.  After ANOTHER 10 days I was contacted informing me my passport was denied (due to less than $1000 in back child support from a previous lay off....my fault on this part).  Now I have $500+ invested in US Passport Now, over 2 months time, and nowl not able to go on my son's dying "Make A Wish Foundation" request.  To make matters worse they for SOME REASON have charged my account ANOTHER $160.  When I asked them about this I was told I have to submit a letter in writing to request any money or paperwork from there company for review.  This was a 90 day process if anything was able to be returned.  I am also investigating some kind of membership you have to dis-enroll from prior to charges to stop....not right and VERY STRANGE!  PLEASE PLEASE if you need a passport go the the US Post Office nearest you, about $135 and 10-20 days to receive.  US Post Office is a legit agency unlike the corrupt US Passport Now service.  I hope something is done about US Passport Now this is ridiculous!!
