US Postal Service USPS Knowingly committed theft, lost property. Brooklyn New York

There is a not so dirty little secret that goes on in the US Postal Service. There is wide spread theft going on and if you complain it goes ignored. I've had several magazines taken that I was never able to get back. I also had a check which I accidentally mailed without a stamp, in an open envelope. To this day I don't know what happened. It's supposedly the policy of the USPS to return mail that doesn't have postage. When you try to complain to Senator Charles do nothing Schumer, since this is a federal matter nothing happens, he doesn't do a d**n thing. I'm being ripped off, the Postal Service knows what goes on, and yet raises the postal rates. I'm paying for magazines that I'm not getting. They're worried about mail fraud, yet don't give a d**n about the fraud in their own agency. Thsi is hypocrisy.
