My instance very similar to Debra from Georgia.  I got a call from someone with very strong eastern Indian accent.  I've had this call before and turned them down, but listed as this person "Stacey" talked very fast.  Between the accent and fast talking, I could not clearly understand the name of the business.  She knew the last 4 digits of my bank card and wanted to offer savings on other purchases.

I asked if I was signing up for anything that would be charged to my card..........."No" she said.  I turned her down and hung up.  Less than 10 minutes later I got a call from same person.......they wanted to make sure I wouldn't miss out on their savings.  After I verified my mailing address, she paused the phone to pass me on to her boss and had to again verify my mailing address......but was obviously the same person.

And then they asked for my email address, of which I had to repeat 3 or 4 times to clarify.  They would be sending me info on the card thru email and with 5 - 7 days would receive the card.  A week later I see a transaction on-line on my bank for USA benefits.  The phone number attached to this transaction turned out to be false (757-790-9860 VA), but the person at that number told me it was incorrectly showing on my bank, but should instead be 1-866-953-2937.

When I called that number, they did answer as USA benefits.  I let them know I had not authorized a $4.95 charge from them on my account.  I got the 1st phone number from a person I called at my bank.  They put a temporary hold on my card, until I called USA benefits.  I will now probably have my bank issue a new card, for fear of this fraudulent company trying to continue to use the old card and maybe have to create a new email account to dissconnect the on-line banking and email on the old card.
