USA Benefits Called my cell phone, said he was from my credit card provider Miami, Florida

Just got a call from (888) 777-5544. He tried to get through his script but I kept interrupting him even though he refused to stop reading when I spoke to him. He said he was from my credit card provider - but I don't have any credit cards. I do have a debit card which he knew the last four digits. 

I asked how he got hold of my information when he does not work for my bank. He said that Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc. and other stores I may have shopped at in the last 18 months have given my information to him (Best Buy? the only store I've been to that he named). He wanted to give me a $100 Target gift card but the call stank so bad from the second I picked it up I demanded he tell me who he worked for. 

He said USA Benefits in Florida and I looked it up online and came to the Ripoff Report first. I told him that I just looked up his company on the Ripoff Report and there are 113 reports that confirm he works for a scam company that just charges people for nothing.

I asked him to never call me again and remove my number. He hung up on me.
