I paid them what they asked for even though I tried to cancel since they did say "money back guarentee" or "cancel at anytime" BULL!!! They said they would just go ahead and keep charging my checkcard since they had the number.
I recieved one year of magazines and..... wheres the other two years. When I started getting the renewal cards from the magazine companies I called USA and they said not to worry they would take care of everything event though the reason I was not allowed to cancel was because they had already paid the publishers? UMMM!!!! Yeah sure.
I even called information and got #'s for other companies in the strip where they were and they said they didnt know where they went they just moved out one day. I even filed a complaint through the U.S Postal Service but... it didnt help.
SO now I am out of the money ( around $350.00) and all I have is a broke piece of crap watch and a pissed of 6 year old who still looks for her magazines! I wish I had seen this sooner. Thanks to all who make a living screwing honest people! Eventually their day will come and Oh well Hate to be them!

first thing you need to do is cancel your card, or call it into the bank/credit card company and tell them you lost it so they will cancel the # and get you a new one w/ a new # . that way they can't continue to charge anymore- next, file a complaint w/ the arizona attorney general. unless you have lots of time on your hands, that's about all you can do.
