Usa Magazine Exchange RIPOFF It seems that once they got my money they folded up their tent and moved on. Glendale Arizona

I started service with this company on 12/06/02. I agreed to pay them $45 a month for one year and that guarteed me my choice of 6 magazines from the ones that they offered for 3 years. The nice option that they gave was that I could change my choices at any time. I did make a couple of changes about a year ago and every thing went very well.

That was until this month. I started to get notices from the magazines that my subcription was running out, and I need to renew soon. I did not understand this because I was suppose to get these magazines thru 12/05.

On several occasions I have tried to contact Usa Magazine Exchange, but the phone # is always busy. Outside of the phone # there is no other was to get thru to this company. As of right now 3 of the magazines that I have been getting for the last year and a half have stopped coming, and when I call them they say the subcription has run out.

I feel totally ripped off by this company. It seems that once they got my money they folded up their tent and moved on. If there were just one magazine that I had payed for for 3 years I would not be as upset but I gave this company over $500. I have given them this much money and only gotten half the services that they promised. I cannot be the only person that they have sone like this.
