The most rediculus excuse for customer service ever received from any company. My automobile was "considered" totaled by their people. After 3 weeks, I was offered a settlement which was less than one-third of my vehicle's value. Multiple v-messages have been left, no return phone calls.

You mentioned that yoou left several voice mails. If thats the case then you also were told in the greeting who their supervisor was and what thier phone number was. I'm a USAA member and have never had a problem with a claim. I've had to get a hold of a sup once because me claims agent was temporarily assigned. Try
thier sup, if you already haven't. Theyre a good company I 've been satisfied for 18 years.
