USAA They could care less San Antonio, Texas  Internet

I open my  account with $25.00. Look at my account 2 days later $25.00 GONE. Call USAA They said I owed $89.00 from before, Ok. When my next payroll deposit was made on 8/28/14, I called USAA on 8/29/14 and said to take the remainder that I owed you. and I opened a saving account also. I got up on 8/30/14 and went to get some gas to go out of town for labor day and my card declined. Went back home and log into my account, checking account GONE. What an INCONVENIENCE when USAA has 2 phone numbers to contact me. I contacted them on 8/30/14 and they said the computer closed the account, so they opened another account, but I would have to wait until 9/3/14 to access my money, which left me and my family in a financial hardship on labor day weekend. They said unfortunately there was nothing they could for me and I was speaking to a member of USAA executive resolution team . I had to go to a pawn shop to get money for food and gas and later get my item back and pay the pawn shop interest on a loan because of USAA mistake
