On October 15, 2007. USAA insurance client Terri Kay Becker from Sacramento California rear ended my son and I. We got copy of their Driver License, Insurances, and License Plate. Contacted their insurance company (USAA) and went to get medical attention. USAA said they doing investigation but never got back. I called them multiple times leaving message to call me back. Still no response!!! My claim is unresolved and I will be taking illegal action with them.

Contact YOUR insurance company. They ahve more clout than an individual. They can get the money from USAA. That is what you have insurance for.

Usaa United services automobile association Ripped me off..lied repeatedly never tells the truth the insurance adjuster is kevin bushaw pathological liar unfair business practices a tree fell on my house he immediately hired a company called ati to give low repair bids wont even cover the cost of repairs i paid over $19000 to have abestos mold and water damage repairs usaa paid none of it now the foundation is cracked needing $19000 in repairs usaa wont pay that they hired a structural engineer to say the foundation was cracked by a tree they says weighs 14,000 lbs well a 14,000 lb tree has the velocity and force of nature to crack a foundation San Antonio Texas
