USLAC Ryan Overman took the money and ran Internet

 USLAC was suppose to be a professional loan motification middle man type company. They said we defanitly quilified for a loan modification to lower our house payments and they would negotiate with our lender and get the modification for us. The fee for these services was $1000.00 and we scraped it togther and paid! In sept. 2009

I signed an agreement with USLAC giving them written permission to handle all aspects of my home loan. I provided bank statments,tax returns etc..

I dont even know if my identity has been stolen at this point.

I was told by Ryan Overman "an employeee" that i should not talk to my lender and to ignore any phone calls from them. I was also told to fax all coraspondance to USLAC. It was also highly recomended that I send NO money to the lender as this could jepordize my chances of qualifing for the modification.

After 3 months I was no longer able to contact Ryan Overman but was refered to a Omahr..I left numerous messages but was never contacted by anyone.

Now as i sit with a pending forclosure I have found out USLAC has dissapeared! All phones are disconnected, url is gone! they have become ghosts....
