All the appropriate renewal passport application forms, etc. were filled out and mailed by me but to the wrong address (Philadelphia) due to an error from the DS-82 instructions. I contacted US Passport Now by telephone to apply for a refund since the passport application was sent to a government office and US Passport Now hadn't done anything and was told my $129 would not be refunded. What a ripoff; do not use these folks for passport applications.
