I cannot agree with those who whine about being charged above and beyond what the government charges as this is the nature of their services.  What I can say is that their check list to achieve a passport is deficient missing 5 things any of which will cause the process to end requiring a restart.  They are the experts and as such there should not be anything missing from the checklist. 
Their process claims to save we the consumer time when in fact it cannot with a defective checklist?  Finally, their staff is a whole other story.  The only staff members I interacted with were women [4 individuals].  They were all haters, impatient, bullies, rude, and unapologetic for their poorly executed check list.  There is no reason for them to provide customer service as they already have your non-refundable fee for their services.  While the government employees have a lot to be desired they were a ray of sunshine when compared to Violet or Danielle [supervisor] or any of the other women who mugged me throughout the process.  You have been warned proceed at your own risk.
