I ordered and received UGG boots from usuggaustralia.com.  The boots arrived with fake fur on the inside and cheap suede on the outside, rather than sheep fleece on inside and sheepskin on the outside.  I have e-mailed usuggaustralia customer service at cutegirlsugg@hotmail.com three times and told them that the boots were not Genuine UGGs and asked them for return procedures and address for return.  They will not respond back to me.  I called my credit card company, and I am filing a dispute with them.  I closed my credit card, and requested a new one. I don't know what else to do.  USUggAustralia is selling counterfeit Uggs and getting away with it.
