There's no need to list all of the lies, misleading offers and incompetence of this organization. They have all been discussed by far too many people on many sites already and trust me, THEY ARE ALL TRUE!

I will only comment on their latest and certainly most creative scam of all! Wait 'till you hear this one!!

It has been mentioned by previous ripped-off suckers like ourselves, (check other sites as well) that due to the vast numbers of complaints they have received, Vacation Network would allow us cancel our membership and would refund 25% of our purchase price. We jumped at the chance!

The letter describing this great refund opportunity said the refund would be "less the standard membership fee and annual service charges." Since we are not accustomed to dealing with scam artists, we assumed this meant that our annual service charges would not be refunded. Fair enough. BUT NO!!! What this meant was that the Membership fee and annual service charges THAT WE PAID!!!!would be DEDUCTED!!!!!!!!!!! from our 25% refund. That's right, we get NO refund. I guess I feel a little better knowing that we fell sucker to PROFESSIONAL scam artists rather than just rookies.

APOLOGY ISSUED, MISINFORMED ON INFORMATION, OR MISUNDERSTOOD

The only reason that Vacation Network is "allowing" you to cancel the membership is because we issued that letter on a purely voluntary basis. We did not have to cancel the membership per your contract, complaints or no complaints, but we wanted to be fair to all of our clients. Even the ones who cry we are a scam because they failed to read and understand the contract and what they willingly signed. However, we do want to extend an apology to you, it appears that you may have been given the wrong information in regards to this cancellation, or you simply misunderstood. As the letter that you received states, you will receive a 25% refund of the purchase price or total amount paid into the program. The membership fee and Annual Service Charge will be deducted only if they have not been paid. Please contact our office to verify the cancellation of your membership, and what, if any, refund will be submitted to you.
