Vacation Network, Inc. ripoffs customers. No customer service. We made reservation 6 months before for busy season and 3 months before for non-busy season. After the money has been submitted, and dates have been blocked for vacation; then, 4- 5 months later right before getting ready to take vacations, Vacation Network Inc called back saying that we had to either change locations or dates or both. One example, I was put into a hotel for one night due to unavailability of the resort place. Unbelievable!!! My husband and I both work. It destroys both our work time and vacation time due to our time & location cannot be met even we give them enough notice for booking; in addition, Vacation Network Inc. gives us late notice for us to change. If it is an international trip, that will be a disaster.

We were not told like these kinds of service when we became customers of this Company. My husband and I were so disappointed about the money we invested into this travel service. Plus, the maintenance fee increases every year.

Ok, so my husband and I joined Vacation Network, Inc. in April of 2007. We also referred my parents. Thats actually how I came across this complaint. My parents did research and saw this and got very upset which prompted meto register and leave this comment. I have never hd a hard time booking with VNI bc I FOLLOW THE BOOKING GUIDELINES. After reading your story, I just can't believe that everything happened like that. I've never gotten anything but great service. I would recommend this club to anyone, including my family members!!!!!

I have worked for Vacation Network for 8 months now. I do not believe this story is very accurate. We have over 150,000 members with VNI and we rarely have any issues with customers. When there is an issue, our representatives are glad to help solve the problems. Vacation Network is an amazing company and I would love to see some proof of this issue you claim to have had.
