Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Vacations To Go quoted wonderful rates online. After checking for several days, I made my decision, and I called to get that rate. I was told it was not valid any longer, but they would email me the rates. When I received the rates they were DOUBLE what was advertised. Bait and Switch at its best.

My name is Sorrell Warren and I am the Vice President of Customer Service at Vacations To Go. I am sorry that you had trouble making a reservation with our company. Vacation prices are very dynamic and change frequently based on supply and demand. You mentioned that you checked for several days and then called us to find that the price had changed.
As a travel agency we don't set prices but sell at the lowest authrized rates set by the cruise lines and resort and tour companies. Although availability and price may change, we always offer the lowest available price when a client contacts us. I also regret that you left a message but no one responded to you.
