Valu-Pass i was told that i would be charged a one time fee of $4.95 for a free 14 day trial of their benifits program i was told that with this $4.95 i would recieve in the mail a $100 gift card for Wal-Mart, a gas voucher for $40. i have recieved nothing in the mail and its has been a month since and i just woke up and found out that Valu-pass has charged my bank account for $24.95 without my permission and  Nationwide

i have not seen one piece of mail from them about any gift card and no gas Voucher !! my bank account has a negative balance now due to them charging my account without my permission! this is a rip off and a complete lie !! i have been trying to contact them via email and also by phone i have been put on hold for endless amount of time and nobody returns my emails or phone calls,......please please PLEASE help me with how to get my money back and to stop them from continually charging my account?!!

 

I was told that i would only be charged $4.95 for a 14 day free trail membership and that the $4.95 was for the shipping fee of a $100 gift card from Wal-Mart and for a $40 gas voucher that would be mailed to me within 5-7 days. I never recieved my gift card or my gas Voucher or any information as to regards of their membership program to me. it has been now 1 month since i aggreed to this $4.95 charge and i woke up this morning and found out that Valu-Pass has now charged my bank account for $24.95 with out me knowing or my permission!! im on an extremlyt tight budget right now and now my bank account is at a negative balance! i have recieved nothing from them,.....i have sent several emails trying to contact them i have tried calling them several times and nobody from their company has returned my eamails or calls! please help me !! how can i get my money back and how can I get my debit card off of their system?!
