Have water damage in your home, have a problem with your health and you can not pay the payment. Deal with the insurance company that you pay every month and then try to make a claim maybe I should show you the pictures of my old home, or the reciepts of the payments I made to vanderbilt the last 5 years, and all the times and threats i recieved from the Not so Mortgage company and you will see I thought they were good to me at the beginning and even towards the last year I was at the home , but when I started to want something done for me on the insurance of my home I was a problem and then the threats started. Dont be a fool with this company the dollar is the only thing they want and they will threaten your family , you and everything around when they feel threaten, Just remember your home will not last the loan that they provided you, Good luck I hope you do not have to face the heartache that me and my family did. We loved our home too!!!

Vanderbilt no longer charges money to pay monthly mortgage payments online. This change is VERY recent. Also, the CEO of Vanderbilt contacted me by phone last year to sooth my concerns. He was very respectful, courteous and helpful. I am satisfied with Vanderbilt at this time, although it would be nice to have a monthly statement.

Please check and see if you are dealing with Vanderbilt Mortgage for houses or with Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance who hand the manufactured home financing. I feel there is a difference, as it was the VM that reported to beware of VMF and there there were 194 complaints with BBB and also that VMF used several different spellings of their name in their paperwork?

What all these folks are dealing with like Bonnie and all the other complaints of VMF are definitely accurate...if you were to go through all of the complaints on them you would see proof....from the horses mouth. I plan on turning that paperwork over to our attorney tomorrow.

Do take care and hope you are only dealing with VM and not VMF.

We also have been treated very nicley when we have called.
