I changed the mobile home insurance last October, and have been working with Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Inc. in trying to get them to switch over to the new insurance company.

They absolutely refuse to work with me on this and are now telling us that they are getting their own insurance coverage. They are saying we are going to have to pay for this new insurance when I have already covered this house for a year with American Home Insurance Compamy. Policy number is *********. I have had this insurance policy since October 11, 2005.

I have had numerous contacts with Vanderbilt over this matter and also have talked with Ammerican Modern Home Insurance. I am ready to get an attorney to help me with this matter. I don't know what else to do.
