Vanderbilt Mortgage And Finance will not send out monthly statements-why not Ripoff Maryville Tennessee

Like many others,my mortgage was originally with Chase and was bought out by Vanderbilt.I have NEVER been late with either company.Not one day!!I only made 8 payments with Chase and my balance was going down as it was supposed to according to the amortization schedule.
I have made 25 payments with Vanderbilt and my ending balance is already $500 behind where it is supposed to be.I have had my payments taken out by automatic drafts from my bank on the 6th of every month.Something is very wrong here.These people do not send out a monthly statement and no one knows why.I called and asked for one for the last two years and they were going to charge me $25 to be added to the end of the loan.Why do they insist on adding it at the end?So I will pay interest on this $25 for the life of the loan(27 years)??
I have went through a few of my bank statements and none of the payments been taken out on the 6th.They were taken out from the 7th through the 10th.None of these odd dates really have anything to do with the 6th falling on the weekend except once.I am not exactly sure but I think these payments have to be posted EXACTLY on the right date or either every 30 days?? for you to be able to pay this loan off on time.I am already $500 off in only 25 payments,imagine what it will it will be in 27 yrs?

Anyone have any luck getting refinanced with another manufactured home lender??
