Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance ripoff Maryville Tennessee

Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance and members of that company Nick Evans & Brandon Cooper have harassed me via the phone & postal mail as to my not having Prop. Insurance and delinquent in payments. I have had my property insured from day 1 and have never missed a payment

My insurance agent has contacted this Co.at least 6 times to give them this information. They have been bothering me for more than 4 months and I have had an attorney talk to them about this, and he said it has been resolve but obiously it has not to their satisfaction as I have received 2 more letters of annoyance.

They told me I was in arears and I have the cancelled checks to prove they are lying. They also tried to make me pay premiums to their own insurance company to insure my property and sent a bill to that effect.
