Vanderbilt Mortgage Harassing, Threating, verbal abuse,degrading, don't care, will not work with you Maryville, Tennessee

 i purchased a home financed by vanderbilt mortgage in 2004 with my mother after a fire. my mom passed in 2007 and i have attempt several times to get my payments lowered. this company will not work with you. they just call and harass, harass, harass. telling you, you can't afford the home you need to pay x amount of dollars by the end of the day or else. i have been stressed to the point that my body is shutting down. i now have to have surgery do to stress. some days i am afraid to go home because i am afraid i might be locked out of my home.

they are unprofessional,none caring or feeling people. they told me they know i can afford to pay the mortgage based on 2 incomes. well, i only have one income now and it has been a struggle and i have sent all the paper work they told me to, in order to lower the payment. one day no way will they do this. now it is one harassment after another. i pray everyday lord please don't let me lose my home. i have faith. these people will one day experience everything they are putting all of us good hard working people through.
