Hi all, Ongoing research, I thought I'd let you all know...you can check out the Tennessee Dept. of Finance site, Some of us may be able to fight Vanderbilt under Tennessee code Title 4 State Government:Chapter 21 Human rights: Part 7 Malicious Harrassment...Also go to the tennesse.gov site...file a complaint via all the department links through the contact us options not the generic complaint form, although I did that too. Just keep linking and writing, I have also found a state of tn codeTennessee Code : TITLE 45 BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS : CHAPTER 13 RESIDENTIAL LENDING, BROKERAGE AND SERVICING : 45-13-113. Complaints - Investigation - Enforcement. (a) Any person aggrieved by the conduct of a licensee or registrant under this chapter, in connection with a mortgage loan or in connection with the activities of a mortgage lender, mortgage loan servicer or mortgage loan broker, may file a written complaint with the commissioner who shall investigate the complaint. Write to the commisioner, and everyone else on the Tennessee.gov site....C'mon you all have nothing to lose but a few hours of typing and like me, maybe a few weeks of reading, copying pasting, and heartache, the state of tennessee can't possible ignore the stories of so many. they need to be stopped.
