UNRELENTING HARRASSMENT!! phone calls to friends and family about my loan. they call me wanting to know when i will make next months payment two weeks b\4 its even due! everyday sometimes twice a day! i have been behind but no more than a month i am current now oct 2007 i talked to them they said my loan was caught up in june 2007 and is now current. in the same conversation i was informed that i missed makeing a dec 2006 payment.when asked how i could be current as of june 2007 but owe for dec 2006 her voice got louder. i had enuff hung up and started looking for all reciepts called my bank and got them to send me all checks with vanderbilt mortgage that had cleared all the way back to oct 2006.

vanderbilt sent me a payment history and i was told this would show ALL my payments that have been made for the last two years. this history does not show any of my western union payments nor does it show any check by phone payments. if i am not at home to answer the phone they will leave me a message each time it gets uglier to the point im ready to change my number!! but wait they know all my friends and family so it wont do any good. look i have read a lot of these post and i have been catching hell from them for about three years now and ive had enuff!!

i have other loans and hardly ever hear from them if i get behind. vanderbilt should not be allowed to keep scaring people like they do. i thought if they refused a payment consider the loan paid im not sure on that. my advice to all. keep them recorders recording!! make sure you get their permission first keep very neat records and above all keep your faith!! i am ready and willing to join a class action lawsuit not for any money really but to put them out of bussiness yea thats what i want one more thing tresspassing laws are enforced in every state use them and get a little satisfaction god bless
