Vantiv NPC worst cc processing company Nationwide

Worst customer service of any business I've had to work with. endured many years of poor customer service and what seemed like high processing fee's and increases. when it came time to close the account i began a 2 and a half month process of letters and weekly calls between them and the "sales group" all the while they continued to charge my account "ACH" which is unstoppable, finally the last bill, 8 days after the account was "officially" closed was for $250. ACH, I called once again to find out it was an early termination fee...I brought my own equipment (did not lease from them), and opened the account 8 years earlier. I am not sure how that can be early termination. NPC, Vantiv and the sales group Merchant Resources of Riverside Ca. are crooks.
