Vector Security Faulty system, poor customer service, promised repair never called, Internet

Our choice to use Vector Security has turned out to be big mistake. They are a bit less expensive that ADT, but the system is faulty,alarms go off for no reason, areas need to be bypassed, and promised repair person never contacted us. We never know when it's going to go off - middle of the night, wee hours of the morning, middle of the afternoon. It's happened eight times, most recently four times within a few minutes until an area was bypassed. A repair person was promised, but we never heard from anyone. Today, I was put on hold. I sat through three cycles of music and tape, but had to finally hang up. I was working at the time and couldn't sit on hold too long. If something isn't fixed and fixed right away, we're going back to ADT or look into CPI. This is beyond ridiculous!
