Vector Security Contract ONLY Protects Vector Birmingham (Nationwide) Nationwide

PLEASE read.... I admit signing an agreement with Vector Security that I didnt read but now I learn it only protected THEM. Was told today they do NOT guarantee their equipment works properly, you will pay for the full contract no matter if you move or are relocated - still responsible for service if you no longer live in home. If system doesn't work for WEEKS the contract protects them. When calling to cancel, woman just said "okay" but failed to mention contract requires 60 day WRITTEN cancelation or contract renews automatically. Had problem after problem, service call after service call. Now they want over $1000 to get out of contract I didn't renew! DO NOT rely on Consumer Affairs rating. Theses are mostly people who have just installed and have NOT had time to deal with any problems. Vector rigs it that way. They are dishonest, swindling crooks. Harass and threaten you until you pay. Pay for service with credit card so you can stop the payment. DONT use bank draft like they suggest.
