I bought a phone with Verizon service. The phone was defective in so many ways. Verizon would not do anything about it. They wouldn't let me switch phones. So, after having their sevice just for 2 weeks, I canceled my service.

Verizon still charged me an activation fee and service charges for the two weeks. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay for services I never received.

Verizon's Response to the BBB

Verizon won't respond to me. However, they did respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint. They said they won't do anything about it.

I replied back that I am willing to eat the cost of the phone myself if they take the charges off my bill for the cellular "service" I didn't receive. If I couldn't even hold a phone conversation with the phone, I shouldn't have to pay the activation fee and for the 2 weeks I had the service.

Verizon hasn't even responded to this request either. Verizon "never starts working for you!"
