verizon wireless vincent sent phone back bye fedx and im being charged for it and vincent told me not call back no more fort worth , Texas

verizon wireless got cell phone and wasnt working so i wanted credit what i paid for it or money returned i've called week several workers gave me different prices now there saying they cant find it and i gave tracking number all once vincent said not call back verizon
