Verizon Wireless Assurion insurance I have insurance on my Verizon phone. It was dropping calls constantly, so I called customer service and they said since I has insurance the warranty would send me a refurbished phone. Internet

I got a text saying my bill was 550.00 I freaked! Good thing I had the FedEx receipt. Then they told me my phone was water damaged, I escalated the call, the Verizon supervisor said no it was corrosion caused by water damage. WHAT? My phone has never had a drop of water near it. They said it shows clearly in the pictures, pictures I haven't seen or been sent. When I told them I want to cancel because they are scammers the early term fees are over 1000 including the bogus charge for the phone they replaced for me under my policy.

I have been a loyal and long time client. They don't care. I will never do business with them again and they can come take FIOS out of my house too.
