When you get free or reduced cost phones on a plan...

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 23, 2012

you usually agree to a two year contract with a pro-rated early cancellation fee,

Why would it make a difference that the individual you want to drop is not the primary on the account?

Does your agreement say that ONLY the primary on the account will be assessed the early cancellation fee?

Sounds like the $130 is part of the agreement to get the phone at free/reduced cost...right?

If so, NO Ripoff.
