Verizon Yellow Pages unauthorized phone number and was misrepresented ripoff Portland Maine

After talking with a representative about advertising, he seemed eager to get a third party on the line just to make sure his boss knew he had discussed advertising with me. We never decide on a size or price, or number. He used my friends contact number and put an ad in the book that I did not authorize. I have a registered trade mark logo, and he just put in whatever he wanted.

The reason? He wanted something that day to put on the books so he could get his comission. After talking to his collegues, they admitted he was "not working there anymore", gone for that reason. Everyone I have talked to so far at Verizon has been rude, rude, rude. I just want the billing to stop for an ad that I did not purchase or agree on. I will be getting a lawyer and be taking them to court.
