Video Professor Charged after reciept of returned product have not returned the charged funds Internet

I ordered video professor found no time to take course so returned product it arrived at there return center on 6/06/09 Took 189.95 from my acct, after items had been returned on 6/08/09 4 times within period from 6/9/09 to 7/20/09 called and requested refund was habitually stonewalled.

During the call on 7/20/09 I was told that they had lost track of refund and it will take another 15 to 20 days for them to find and authorize another refund.
This is the most fraudulent use of other peoples money I have ever seen
