Video Professor ripoff for free cd's Irvine California

order the video professor,from peoplepc.com.04/16/07.all i won'ted was the free cd,for $5.95 shipping and handling,put it on my check card.when it came in the mail,it was three cd'sand i wen't to the post office and return it.call my bank to check my balance,and they had $1.00 for s&p 3rd $1.00 fors&p1st $2.00 for 2ndpmt win,and $76.95 vidprof.$1.00 for 3dpmt win.now i don't no what kind of rip-off this is,but it need to be stop.when i call peoplepc about my account,i have to call someone else.so now i'm trying to get my money back in my account.
