VistaPrint & BusinessMax Total Rip-Offs Internet

I ordered from VistaPrint for the 2nd time this year for address labels. I just happened to look at my bank account statement online and saw a place called BusinessMax & they took out $9.95. I didn't pay it any mind, for I assumed I brought something from them. Later on I called my bank and noticed that my funds were lower than usual but I haven't touched my money. Spoke to a rep and what do you know BusinessMax has taken out another $9.95.

This time I'm not crazy, I called the company and they told me when I ordered my address labels from VistaPrint that I signed up for their membership. I didn't sign up for anything, they said they'd refund my money. Well they only refund me 1 payment they took and told me they weren't going to give me the rest of my money. Well after I got done with them, they decide to give me the rest of my money. No longer will I order from VistaPrint because I'm sure I'm not the only person that has gone through this yet they still want to deal with thieves as business partners.
