I requested a copy of my Birth Certificate. Included for ID a copy of my Pass Port, and Ret. USAF ID card. They requested a drivers License which I don't have (I'm Living in Philippines).

After 3 request, receiving nothing except auto responses, I canceled the order. (They Need a drivers License I don't have.) My credit card was charged for "Processing Fee". They never processed anything because a U.S. Passport and Military ID. won't pass?

I believe this was all a "scam" in the first place. Or just run by incompetent staff.
