Voicemail Service ripoff! Forest Lake Minnesota

I used to work for this company. I quit because it was such a rip off. I couldnt believe how it worked. So many people do not read the fine print I guess. If you keep calling them though they might eventually give into giving you a full refund. I'd even go as far as saying that you have contacted an attorney. One thing that doesnt seem to work is yelling and foul language. They seem to be more compasionate to someone who isnt so loud. Unfortunately it takes awhile to go through the system. Just dont pay that part of your bill. But my advise is to keep calling and eventually they should give in or so it seemed. I worked there for about 2 months and it made me sooo mad that there were so many that were charge with this voicemail and dont even notice this charge till months later. Most of these people cannot afford this. Most arent even aware that they have been charged for months. Most have never even used the service (which by the way is a joke!) and have paid for it for months.
