Being charged 14.95 for service I did not order. The phone company bought these charges to my attention. Says they were already providing the service free of charge and was wondering if I had opted out to this other company.

The company VOICEVOX VOICEMAIL (ESBI) answered my call at 1 888 301 3724 and after being transfered to several extions I got to talk to a live person.

They claimed I signed up for thier service over the internet, had Name address phone number and everything else needed to complete transfer to their service and bill my ATT Account. Seems I signed up for some grocery cupons and that appeared to seal the deal for them to bill me.

Said they could canacel this account with them but not refund any money involved.

During a second phone call they said the account was cancelled and a credit was going to be sent to ATT and should show up in 2 months. When asked for a web site to see what services they were really offering I got a runaround.

Did not even attempt to say sorry for any misunderstanding.
