The service was spotty and the support was non-existant. The supoort tech's could not solve voice mail issues or intermittant connection issues.

When canceling the service I was told that people who paid on a yearly basis would not recieve a credit for the unused time. No refunds was the policy of the company. This company has no integrity or morality. Run from them as fast as you can they are a total Ripoff.
