Voip.com Lies deceit and thievery AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!! Boca Raton, Florida

I was told I could fax- I cannot. While talking the phone rings for call waiting in your ears. You say hello 10 times before they hear you, if they have not already hung up. Calls has an echo in it. They cancelled my service when I specifically told them not to so I do not lose the phone number I have had for 20 years.

Finally no dial tone. Waiting on hold for tech service for 30+ minutes only for them to dump the call. Call back longer hold time and same thing they drop the call. Try to get phone fixed online at their website forum. I complain and tell them what is wrong and why their service sucks. I stated I wanted a refund and why. Said read terms of service. I told them to since they lied to me and did not give me what I was promised. I was finally booted of their forum allowing me not to post or read. This stopped me from getting phone fixed since I cannot call them yet I am paying for it. This also does not give me access to 911 since one woman got her panties up in a bunch from my complaints.

Emailed a woman from that service who has the brain power of a two year old and problem solving skills of a shoe (lacy Gifford-lacy@voip.com) Feel free to email her with your issues. According to her she is the highest in the company because when I asked for her superior she said she was the supervisor. If that is the case I see why the company sucks.

I finally got a prorated refund only for her to add others charges in the amount to lessen the refund and then when questioned she says she will take the refund back and is going to possibly charge me again. Thank god for credit card security. Nice try!

Avoid this company use a string an tin can before you think about siging up with this fly by night company. Love to hear other stories and how you sloved yoru issues if you did so. (goingindeep@comcast.net)
